With the economic development and great progress in science and technology,Information technology is accelerating into the traditional industries,Water information industry is also in this context to accelerate the development.As the greenhouse effect is gradually exacerbated,people are increasingly concerned about carbon emissions,the problem of reservoirs that could become a source of greenhouse gas emissions has also been raised,and there has been more and more research on this issue.Due to the complexity of the principles and processes of greenhouse gas emissions,time that this problem obtains is relatively not enough,and in history is also the lack of reliable and sufficient data to support the relevant research.So more and more research groups for a single reservoir to establish long-term sequence of observation data sources.This paper summarizes the research status of greenhouse gas emission and management system by reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad.On the basis of this,the paper discussed the theoretical basis and key technology from the aspects of the basic theory of greenhouse gas,the principle of system architecture design and the principle of SSM framework.According to the idea of software engineering and the system design goal,through the demand analysis,this paper finished the detailed design,from the aspects of overall structure of the system,the browser side,the server structure and data model.Based on the idea of hierarchical,object-oriented and interface-oriented programming,this paper implements the functions of the system on the windows system platform,through the Java language and Eclipse tools.Taking the greenhouse gas monitoring project of the Reservoir as an example,test the practicality of the system.This paper will apply information technology to issues of greenhouse gas emission,to establish an information system which can manages the observation data sources and make convenience for people working in this area.
