Currently,there are many kinds of core components for Daqing oil-sewage treatment automatic control system, with complex number of applications. The running program was non-standard because of the developer’s preparation habits which brought great troubles for post-maintenance. In this paper, we developed a highly efficient oil-water automatic control system, through the study of oilfield wastewater treatment process, combined with PLC controller, and system with standard operating procedures and software development.This paper determined the overall design of the system for sewage treatment process problems, based on scene researching of oilfield wastewater station, analyzing the treatment process and monitoring points of oilfield sewage station. Optimizing the parameters of the filter tank according to the actual working conditions of the sewage station. Proposing a fuzzy PID control mode combined with the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control. Making use of fuzzy control to adjust the system if deviation range was wide, and turning to PID control if the deviation was small. The transformation must be automatically within the given the deviation range. The field testing proved that the fuzzy PID control can improve the stability of the system, reducing the chance of the filter that was washed away. After the backwash of the canister, the effect of treated water was in line with testing standards.Since the PLC controller has the advantages of mature technology, versatility, high reliability and easy to extend, this paper designed a control system in the core of Siemens S7-300. Establishing a PLC control platform, and finish the functions of level, pressure and flow control procedures for sewage treatment process. Then designed configuration software on KINGVIEW 6.53 development platform. Based on the completing of the system corresponding control function, with the configuration of the software through communication, to achieve open communication control system model. With further oil networking connection, to achieve centralized management and purpose real-time monitoring.It obtained a higher economic efficiency and broad application prospects by analyzing the performance and field application of sewage disposal automatic control system,and summed up the integrity, efficiency and reliability of the control system.
