| This paper focuses on the problems such as the severe fluctuations of the output torque of the gearbox,the serious negative torque and the large energy consumption after the crank balance of beam pumping unit.Based on the basic theory of beam pumping unit,this paper does further study on the composition of the suspension point load and its effect on the net torque of crank shaft.And a load balancing device is designed,reducing the suspension point load acted on the horsehead of the pumping unit,cutting down the structural weight of the whole pumping unit,improving the balance effect of pumping unit,reducing peak torque and negative torque of crank shaft,realizing the energy saving operation of pumping unit.In this paper,CYJ10-3-37 HB type of the conventional beam pumping unit is taken as the research object.Firstly,the overall design and analysis of the suspension point direct balance device for beam pumping unit are completed.Then,the virtual prototype simulation model of the beam pumping unit is established in the condition of the crank balance and the suspension point direct balance.And the simulation research is carried out in the states of different pump speed.The suspension point load which is acted on the horsehead of the pumping unit after the suspension point direct balance is derived.Meanwhile,the torque of the suspension point load generated on the crank shaft and the net torque curve of crank shaft of pumping unit,using crank balance and suspension point direct balance,can be both obtained.Through comparison and analysis,it is derived that,after using the suspension point direct balance,the peak of the suspension point load of the beam pumping unit is greatly reduced so that the structure of the whole pumping unit can be smaller and the installed power of pumping unit can be lower.Through the comparison of the net torque on the crank shaft,it is derived that for the beam pumping unit,after using the suspension point direct balance,the peak and RMS value of its crank shaft torque are effectively reduced,negative torque is greatly decreased and the fluctuation of the torque curve is diminishing,becoming more smooth.The balance effect of pumping unit is improved effectively and the balance weight is also greatly reduced,achieving the purpose of energy saving.Results and conclusions of this paper lay a theoretical foundation for the application of the suspension point direct balance device of the beam pumping unit. |
