[Objective] To study the effect of heat acclimation training on the cerebral cortex and myocardial mitochondria in rats, and to explore the molecular mechanism of heat acclimation.[Methods] To explore the heat acclimatization model caused by exercise combined with heat exposure on 64 male SD rats and establish the model with heat acclimatization rat in order to detect stress-related hormones, the mitochondrial ATP synthase and oxidative stress and observe the cerebral cortex and myocardial ultrastructure.[Results] Firstly, the two exercise groups under high temperature separated by high and normal humidity both showed higher survival rate than the non-exercise under normal temperature and humidity after 30 min exercise and the exercise with hot and wet situation(P<0.05), however, there was no significant difference between the two exercise groups. Secondly, the HE group obviously over LQ on Angiotensin II in quiet situation, however, decreased on Arginine vasopressin and Norepinephrine in hot and wet situation(P<0.05). Lastly, HE showed higher mitochondrial ATP synthase and oxidation resistance than LQ, moreover, the former keep the more intact mitochondrial morphological structure.[Conclusions] Exercise combined heat exposure can accelerate the formation of heat acclimatization which lead to the improvement on exercise ability under wet and hot situation. With the acquisition of heat acclimation, decreased the stress-related hormone and improved self-protective ability which maybe depend on guaranteeing the normal body energy metabolism by reducing the mitochondrial oxidative stress level.
