TOPSIS Based Research In Cost Management Of EPC On Desulfuration

In an increasingly global economy development prospects, construction projects are getting larger and more complicated. As a result, construction projects are received more high-tech support. At present, EPC projects are very popular in the world, which are often adopted especially in large-scale construction projects. In China, the construction projects have gotten unprecedented development, a variety of large-scale construction projects were built one after another where EPC projects are gradually used. Besides, as the improvement of economic openness, the concept of constructing has reached international standards. With more and more engineering construction enterprises began to go abroad and participate in international competition, how to adapt to the new competitive environment having become the key problems.For engineering construction enterprises, cost reduction is a very good method to increase their income. Accordingly, cost management has become an important concern with strong adaptability, which is constantly changing along with the development of construction projects. In addition, cost management is working throughout the whole process of construction projects, and it is also penetrate into the full life cycle of management activities. Now the level of cost management efficiency construction has been a determined factor of the enterprises competition ability. So cost management not only determines the profits of construction companies, but also becoming the key factor of construction enterprises in development and growth.In this paper, Hongyanchi of EPC project cost management is studied, and the specific problems existing in cost management are discussed and presented herein by Hongyanchi of EPC project. Cost management has played the important role in the Hongyanchi EPC Project and considerable profits are achieved by this means, which also promotes the healthy development and better performance of the enterprises. In order to improve the EPC Project cost management, suggestions and strategies on improving the cost management are proposed in this paper. Furthermore, a EPC cost management based on TOPSIS model is designed, by instance analysis and comparison with the different cost managements, the practicability and accuracy of the evaluation method are proved, which could also be referenced by other EPC projects when managing the cost.
