Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Safety Management Of A Shipping Enterprise Based On Entropy TOPSIS Method

With the development of shipping logistics enterprises constantly,fleet size and the number of people are in constant growth,safety accident is increasing.Research has shown that more than 90%of the accidents are related to safety management.And at present commonly used during the evaluation method of safety management,only the unsafe state of things.On the whole relatively less safety management evaluation.And the shipping logisticsenterprise safety management work is heavy,the disadvantages of management.So in this paper the advance of shipping logistics enterprise's safety management has important practical significance.This article takes a shipping logistics company as the research object,and constructs its safety management evaluation index system,which includes four subsystems:the personnel safety management sub-system,the ship and equipment safety management sub-system,the cargo security management sub-system,and the comprehensive safety management sub-system.Safety management of ship operations,safety management of shipboard equipment,maintenance and management of ships and equipment,extreme weather navigation,and 23 secondary evaluation indicators,standards for the use of ships,anti-piracy work during sailing,and pollution prevention during sailing The overall evaluation system,such as 48 levels of evaluation indicators such as work and stowage risk control,etc.On this basis,the method of evaluation of entropy weight TOPSIS based on multiple evaluation objects was selected to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the safety management work of shipping logistics company headquarters and its subsidiaries,and the ranking results were obtained;The distribution and ranking results are further analyzed.The results show that the entropy TOPSIS method can incorporate the impact of various companies and indicators into the evaluation system,resulting in a more comprehensive evaluation results.It can discover the deficiencies in the safety management of shipping logistics companies and effectively guide the safety of shipping logistics companies management work.
