Heavy thickness of steel tube was used in the present stage of offshore oil drilling platform architecture structures,so to produce pipe is the most important working procedure in the process of drilling platform structures.The heavy thickness steel plate materials became the catheter products in pipe workshop by forming,plane,welding, heat treatment,NDT and other processes,in which heat treatment of catheter plays important role on the product quality.After the deep understanding of the Heavy thickness of steel tube welding seam heat treatment technology at home and abroad on this projects,adopt the way of medium frequency induction heating instead of thermal resistance heating way in at present stage in domestic. On the control method design,introduced the PC neural network intelligent forecast and lower computer piecewise PID temperature control, use of the accuracy of the intelligent prediction in a small range to make up the insufficiency of the only of the temperature segment PID control, to make the temperature control point maximize approaching the temperature of process curve,and meet the demand of control precision. On the control system hardware design ,by using the combination of the industrial strong anti-jamming capability of programmable logic controller PLC and intermediate frequency power supply module, and in-depth study of the PLC control module and its peripheral circuits.Through extensive access to present application of typical signal processing circuit module, task based on electricity and circuit design of intermediate frequency power supply signal conditioning circuit and temperature signal collection conditioning circuit, to accomplish frequency power parameters and temperature signal to PLC standard collection voltage conversion.On the control system software design, completed the design of PC monitoring software and lower computer control software,and found software defects by debugging device, completed the PLC programs and the monitoring software programs testing and improvements. The defects was improved in the software to enhance the reliability of the control system.The experimental results show that the debug data as the network learning sample, the control signals of the combined control strategy is given the corresponding intermediate frequency output power, and effectively reduce the thermal inertia of temperature hysteresis and overshoot, keep control accuracy within ± 3℃.
