The traditional beam pumping unit generally used asynchronous motor for high speed drive, the structure is relatively complex, the transmission link is excessive, Has led to its poor operational stability, high energy consumption and low efficiency, so that the cost of oil production becomes higher. In view of the above problems, based on TMS320F2812 excellent control and information processing functions, in the analysis of structural characteristics of the brushless DC motor, A design and research scheme of the control system of direct drive pumping unit based on DSP is proposed.First of all, improved the structure of traditional beam oil pumping machine, removed the gear reducer, linkage and other intermediate links. In view of the problem of the traditional beam pumping unit, the energy balance of the system is designed;Through the mathematical analysis of the control system of the brushless DC motor 。 In the Matlab2010 b Simulink environment, The modeling and Simulation of the brushless DC motor and the simulation waveforms are analyzed; Design using DSP as the control core of the brushless motor direct drive pumping system, Including the IR2130 drive circuit, power circuit, inverter circuit, Sampling detection circuit and other auxiliary protection circuit, etc; In the software environment of CCS3.3 system write software programming, The main modules include: the main program design, PWM generation module, the location of the signal capture module, AD current and voltage sampling module and speed sampling module, etc.Study and analysis show that Brushless motor direct drive pumping unit system based on DSP to a certain extent solve the“big Mara trolleys” and Reverse power generation caused by complex structure and unbalanced operation. So the energy loss is reduced, the system efficiency and operation reliability are improved, and the production cost is reduced.
