Bias Cutting Machine(BCM)is an industrial equipment cut steel cord ply strip,and then spliced ply strips,edging welt and coiling with established technical requirements in accordance.The unwinding equipment of BCM is responsible for guiding open volume steel cord,let?off reel speed control accuracy determines the precision cutting of steel cord.Brushless DC motor with high torque density,high system efficiency,big starting torque,is suitable for driving the unwinding equipment of BCM.The unwinding equipment is an time varying non?linear load,traditional PI controller less effects,Therefore,this article designed the unwinding equipment control system of brushless DC motor based on fuzzy PI.According to the unwinding equipment of BCM's characteristics,and need a smooth torque output of the drive system,so this article has studied the effects of five PWM modes on brushless DC motor torque ripple,selected a minimum torque ripple PWM modulation.Study of the unwinding equipment control method based on fuzzy PI controller,designed its fuzzy PI controller,and established fuzzy control rules combined with BCM's operating characteristics.Designed brushless DC motor based on fuzzy PI control system simulation model,and applies Matlab / Simulink system emulates the model.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PI control is higher control precision and faster response than dual closed loop control system based on conventional PI,better able to apply to the unwinding equipment of BCM.Then,through the study of the unwinding equipment of BCM,designed of the DC brushless motor unwinding equipment control system based on TMS320F2812.The control system uses fuzzy PI double closed loop control,the inner loop uses current PI mode,the outer ring is fuzzy PI mode.The hardware system design includes a digital signal processor(DSP)circuit design,the motor drive circuit design and protection circuit design.Software system design includes main control system design,BCM fuzzy PI control system device programming and fault protection program design.Finally,test the system of the unwinding equipment of BCM based on fuzzy PI and traditional PI controller,test results shows that the fuzzy PI control method has better static and dynamic characteristics than traditional PI controller,and meet the unwinding equipment power source design requires better.
