Electric power industrial sectors of the national economy as a pillar industry, for economic development made great contributions, gap, how to evaluate the power plant energy situation, to narrow the gap with advanced countries and regions, to further promote the development of thermal power plant energy saving work, need to establish science and feasible reformation scheme.After the removal of NOx system was put into operation, the safe operation of the air pre heater will be a severe test, rational choice to take off the NOx air pre heater design scheme is to improve the air preheated anti blocking ash capacity but also take into account the boiler efficiency on the premise, guarantee reasonable blowing ash steam parameters and frequency is the removal of NOx air pre heater for the safe operation of the necessary means. In order to enhance the heat transfer ability of air pre heater effect.Saving energy and reducing consumption can improve the economic benefits of power generation enterprises, increase the input and output ratio, reduce the consumption of materials, energy consumption, reasonable arrangement and distribution of energy use value. Therefore, energy saving has become an important way for the survival and development of power generation enterprises, energy saving and consumption reduction work well, in order to make thermal power plants to adapt to the power market competition, and constantly develop in the competition.In this paper, through a series of research methods include literature method, field research method, experience summary method. Combined with the analysis of relevant theoretical research on the research object according to the technical experience of its own accumulation, and a lot of information from the study summed up the law, form hypotheses, and the hypotheses were verified and improved through research.This is expected to use a series of design to achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption, energy saving has become an important way for power enterprises to survive and development, energy saving work well, in order to make coal-fired power plants adapt to the power market competition, in the competition and the continuous development.
