| With the study of the host guest chemistry of supramolecular chemistry, the chiral recognition on the interface has become the main research content of the subject and object chemistry. In particular, the static and dynamic study of the object droplets on the interface is of much interest to the people. The functional chiral interface has not only the advantages of macroscopic visualization, but also has the function of amplifying the chiral signal.In recent years, there are some other characterization methods, such as wettability, cyclic voltammetry and so on, while due to its advantages of simple operation, macroscopic visualization, rapid and high efficiency, the static contact angle, rolling angle and contact angle hysteresis have become the main method for the study of functional materials. Calixarene and Pillarene have their own unique molecular structure, which show good recognition performance in the host guest system of supramolecular chemistry, and it provides a good molecular platform for the study of supramolecular recognition at the interface, and through the infiltration, the microscopic and macroscopic properties of the chiral interface are established. Most of our study of chromatographic separation techniques in solution, so, can we achieve the application of chromatographic separation technology in functional chiral interface? On the basis of the above considerations, we combine the structural characteristics of the guest molecules, the lower edge of the calixarene and pillar arene modification to silicon interface, so as to construct chiral interface material with specific molecular macroscopic response function.Firstly, in accordance to the structural characteristics of ibuprofen, we designed and synthesized Calix[4], by clicking reaction, Calix[4]arene assembled to the interface, and then by electrostatic interactions, arginine was connected to the calixarene interface. The functional interface of chiral Calix[4]arene was successfully constructed. Then the static contact angle, roll angle and contact angle hysteresis measurement, it realize the macroscopic visual recognition of the chiral molecular interface of ibuprofen.Secondly, in accordance to the structural characteristics of ctDNA, we designed and synthesized Pillar[5]arene, by clicking reaction, Pillar[5]arene assembled to the interface. The functional interface of chiral Pillar[5]arene was successfully constructed. Then the static contact angle, roll angle and contact angle hysteresis measurement, it realize the macroscopic visual recognition of the chiral molecular interface of ctDNA. |
