The growth of oilfield exploitation time, water quality deterioration, sulfate redox bacteria growing,corrosion and scaling problems of tubing of oil well and pipeline,has been troubled by oil and gas exploitation and transportation of "persistent",caused by the loss of the shocking。In order to further improve the water flooding development effect,have invested a lot of manpower, material resources to research related with water flooding development。During waterflood development,because the injected water is not up to standard, often appear pipeline corrosion phenomenon, greatly reduced the water injection pipeline residual strength,bearing capacity,residual life and reliability, but also increase the water injection pipeline corrosion inspection,repair costs, shorten the pipeline repair and replacement cycle,thereby increasing investment and operating costs,interfere with the normal operation of the whole water system。By 2010 the situation of corrosion of Qian’an oilfield,double nickel phosphorus-TiO2 non composition design and Research on control of amorphous alloy;through the study of the double layer nickel phosphorus non composite component design and control of amorphous alloy, realizing uniform coating thickness,firmness, combined with the matrix hardness and excellent wear resistance, and can meet the alloy the corrosion resistance of coatings for pipeline.The experimental results show that,the test tube was installed 3 months in the field,from samples taken back,appearance,composite coating tube inside and outside wall has high corrosion resistance of smooth,no sign of corrosion; corrosion conventional tube inside and outside wall has a certain degree of, and the inner wall corrosion is more serious,resulting in a layer of rust. The use of double layer nickel phosphorus amorphous TiO2 alloy coating,the longitudinal corrosion pipe corrosion pinhole into lateral etching,so the outer coating protects the inner coating, thus slowing down the matrix corrosion,greatly improve its corrosion resistance, with coating line than conventional pipeline corrosion rate, reduce the corrosio n rate of pipeline objective, which prolongs the service life of the pipelines, saving investment, with further popularization and application value. |
