With the deeper exploitation of crude oil and the wide application of tertiary oil production technology in China, the moisture content of the crude oil is increasing, the traditional electric dehydration technology has been difficult to meet the demand. In view of this, based on the theory of electric demulsification of crude oil and the researches on electric dehydration technology,the main circuit and control circuit have been designed,and a set of electric dehydration control system with high pulse-frequency and high pulse-voltage has been developed, aimed at energy efficiency.Uncontrollable diode rectifier, DC buck chopper, phase-shifted full-bridge convertor, high-frequency step-up transformer are applied to the main circuit of the system, the principle of them are introduced in detail separately, the parameter of the main device and high-frequency transformer are designed.With the driving circuit built by KA962 high power drive and the DC voltage detection circuit built by HCNR200 linear optocoupler, the control system focus on ds PIC30F4011 digital signal controller. Over current detection circuit, emergency protection circuit, keyboard display circuit are also designed. As to the software design aspect, two novel digital control methods of the full bridge PWM control signal are proposed. The main program and the digital PID regulator are put out. Additionally, through further research and analysis on full-bridge converter, a novel phase-shifted full-bridge soft switching DC/DC converter used as the power supply of control system is proposed, which has seven work patterns. Because every segment of control system performs his own function and coordinates each other, the output of the pulse-frequency and pulse-width and pulse-amplitude are regulated effectively.Based on the independent design and test of every part of the system, in this paper, the joint debugging experiment work of the electric dehydrationl system with high frequency pulse and high voltage are carried out. The experiment result showed that all the indexes reach the expected effect, the working waveforms are steady. the control performance is superior, the system has good application prospects.
