As an isolated system, offshore production system needs a lot of electric power, mechanical power and thermal energy. It has approximately the same treatment process of production system as on land, while the treatment devices are more concentrated, compact, and automated. The main energy-consuming devices include pumping unit, water injection pump, oil pump, heating furnace and the gas turbine, and the proportion of energy costs increases year by year. Analysis and evaluation of offshore oil and gas field system would play an important role in controlling energy consumption, reducing energy costs and achieving high efficiency, low consumption, orderly adjustment and scientific management of the oil production system.Energy consumption analysis models of water filling system, mechanical production system, crude oil treatment system, natural gas compression system and grid system for offshore oil and gas field are developed in the present paper. Apart from this, comparative analysis is made among basic operation data from three offshore oilfields. Analytical calculation is carried out for each system and cruces of devices are pointed out. Exergy balance method is used to build the exergy balance model for the above five energy consumption systems and the main energy consumption systems of the whole oilfield. The exergy flux of each energy consumption system and the whole oilfield is calculated quantitatively. Moreover, new e-p analysis index based on energy consumption and exergy analysis, which is easier to be understood and accepted, is established in the light of e-p analysis. Basic data of three offshore oil and gas fields is tested and analytically calculated with the method above. Writing the software of ―Offshore Production System Energy Calculation and analysis‖. In regarding to the fact of high energy consumption of oilfield A, the heat exchanger network is transformed, the economy check is also made and the result indicates a reduction of 3.8537 million RMB in annual total fuel cost.
