In the energy-saving technology of entire ocean gathering and transportation system,people usually only consider the breakthrough of individual technology,and for the entire system with energy analysis and process transformation has a big room for improvement.Gathering and transportation system sewage recovery technology,advanced heat pump technology,efficient heating furnace transformation technology and frequency control pump technology.we need to analyze the impact of these technologies.The article's following research is made on marine oil and gas gathering and transportation system:Through the field production testing and information collection and data collationwe,we can understand the technological process of the general marine oil and gas gathering and transportation system,This paper analyzes and analyzes the characteristics of marine gathering and transportation system and the method of pinch analysis and three-link method.According to the three-link method,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the haisanlian energy utilization system and puts forward the concrete measures for the weak link of it.The ghost analysis method is used to analyze the energy with the unreasonable,and to meet the requirements of the site under the premise of a reasonable heat transfer system and sewage recovery program.Aiming at the characteristics of marine oil and gas gathering and transportation system,an energy consumption analysis model for the gathering and transportation system was established,and a set of energy consumption calculation software for ocean gathering and transportation system was compiled by using VB.NET.By using HYSYS to simulate the dabei gathering and transportation system,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the energy consumption of the marine gathering and transportation system.According to the results of the analysis,five optimization schemes areproposed,which can provide guidance for practical production and energy saving by comparing the lowest investment cost.
