Severe vibration of Fracturing pump truck devices can make the whole equipment performance degradation and frame life reduced, therefore matched isolation measures is necessary. We use Pro-E to model the fracturing pump as the main source of vibration, and take the vibration of four and eight gear as examples to finish dynamics simulation. According to the changes of the fracturing pump support bearing load and the response characteristics of the frame, there are several kinds of vibration isolator put forward, while we choose the optimal isolator and make some improvement. Based on that, the aspects of structure, material, performance parameters are perfected in order to complete the proposed vibration isolator design, so that we can accomplish the horizontal and longitudinal direction vibration isolation.In this paper, we use ANSYS-Workbench to carry on static characteristic and harmonious response characteristics of vibration isolator finite element analysis, and obtain the further verification through the experiment. The simulation and experiment results show that the fracturing pump fracturing pump vibration at the fourth gear is most serious, and vibration isolator working at fourth gear about 5 Hz frequency has good vibration isolation effect. Experiment finds that the when vibration isolator is forced, force- displacement curve takes on hysteresis nonlinearity. To describe the features, this paper puts forward using Bouc-wen model to describe the characteristics, and modify the traditional theoretical model of single degree of freedom vibration isolator. After that we use online adaptive identification algorithm for to identify parameters of the model, which fits hysteresis force-displacement curve in the static characteristic experiments well. It proves that the model can be used to describe the vibration isolator designed in this paper. Finally, in this paper, we uses the co-simulation of ADAMS and Matlab-Simiulink to stimulate four gear condition of the vibration isolator response of the revised theory model, which further verify the vibration isolator can have the effect of vibration isolation.
