Shale gas is a unconventional in the world,it has a huge huge potential and rich reserves for development.The China is the largest country in the shale gas storage capacity,but it is limited by the external natural conditions of natural gas storage.shale gas in China is still in its infancy.With the advancement of unconventional oil and gas drilling,fracturing pump,as one of the important equipment,especially the super power of the fracturing pump,has been widely research and development.According to the development problem of domestic shale gas,the article provides a kind of super power fracturing pump,and the power of the fracturing pump can be up to 6500 HP,if we used this kind of fracturing pump working in the production of shale gas field,we could save many sets of fracturing pump truck.Well site efficiency will be greatly improve within the site.But,for fracturing pump,It is the precondition of normal work to ensure the fracturing pump housing has an enough sufficient strength and rigidity.At the same time,the stiffness of structure strength is even as lightweight as possible,and as far as possible little volume.In this article,through analysis and calculation,obtained the relevant technological parameters of the type 6500 HP fracturing pump,and then calculated from these basic parameters of fracturing pump shell,the parameters of the size parameters of the design of the fracturing pump housing.At the same time,in order to meet the design requirements of the fracturing pump housing,this paper also made the following research work:(1)According to the force of fracturing pump housing,it analyzes the force calculation,the effect is obtained in the fracturing pump shell on the size of each force.(2)Using the Soliderworks12.0,it created the three-dimensional modeling of the fracturing pump,and it can be simplified for some characteristics which not affect the results of the analysis processing.(3)Using the ANSYS14.0,it meshed three-dimensional model for finite element,the applied load and the shell on statics analysis of fracturing pump crankshaft part rotation Angle is obtained under the shell stress and strain results.(4)With the ANSYS14.0,it did the topology optimization design of fracturing pump,and obtained the optimized the simplest model.(5)By ANSYS14.0,it did the three-dimensional model for finite element meshdivision,the applied load and the shell,and the modal analysis of the fracturing pump housing in each order natural frequency.Last,we find the weak area of the fracturing pump,and improve it.
