In China, about more than half of the has proven reserves is low permeab ility and ultra- low permeability reservoir. In the coming period for quite a long time, low permeability or ultra- low permeability oil and gas fields will be the main resource base of the national increase reserves and production. Using verical well- horizontal well mixed wells waterflooding low permeability and ultra- low permeability reservoir has become an important means of enhancing oil recovery. Strengthen the optimization research on mixed wells reasonable injection-production parameters of low permeab ility reservoir, mainly about mixed wells reservoir reasonable formation pressure, reasonable injection-production ratio, reasonable drawdown pressure limit, reasonable water injection strength and reasonable production rate, etc become more and more impor tant, it will be an important technical direction about achieving future fossil energy industry sustainable development.This paper, the author takes M15-1 block reservoir as the research object, launched the study on optimization of mixed wells pattern injection-production parameters and development index. First, geological characteristics of the reservoir were analyzed, focus on recognize structure characteristic and reservoir characteristic of the extra- low permeablilty reservoior; Secondly, the waterflooding development dynamic characteristics were analyzed, focus on analyzed waterflooding variation characteristics, pessure variation characteristics and capacity variation characteristics; Once again, the research area was divided into different well zones according to the different injection-production Relation of mixed wel, then assessed injection-production development effect of different well area by reservoir engineering methods and select the best mixed injection-production well pattern suitable for this reservoir. Finally, studied the production technology limitation of the injection-production mixed wells pattern. In the aspect of injection-production parameters, By Logistic cycles model theory research and injection-production balance method, and the material balance equation method to get the reasonable injection-production ratio; and move forward a single step get the reasonable oil/water well ratio. Under the condition of balancing between injection and production, gain this block reservoir reasonable production rate. In the aspect of stress research, has carried detailed study on reasonable formation pressure and reasonable bottomhole flowing pressure. Then by means of numerical simulation method, got the best reasonable technical policy limits about how to develop this reservoir.
