| The 60kt/a MEK Device of Lanzhou Petrochemical Industries Co. contains two 30kt/a MEK Devices,which were built in 2004 and 2009 respectively.The two 30kt/a MEK Devices use butene hydration process to produce SBA,and then use dehydrogenation process to produce MEK. Butene concentration is pre-processing unit of the device,but the material adaptability of The I MEK Device is insufficient which resulting in cannot run at full capacity of design.Mainly height of the extractive distillation column is too lower to influence butene yield,the TBA,SBE and SB A in abandoned butene of hydration system cannot sent to butene concentration system for reusing, extraction solvent impurities and heavy components can not be effectively separated to deterioration of solvent quality.Through the 5-year running and experience of The â… MEK Device, The â…¡ MEK Device proposed the following solutions when founding:transformat the de-isobutene distillation column to de-pentane column for solviong the problem of inadequate raw material. Increase waste butene absorption-distillation tower for removing TBA,SBE and SBA in the waste butene to Improve the utilization rate of butene. Increase solvent regeneration tower for removing Impurities and heavy objects in the solvent to improve the quality of the solvent and improve the solvent extraction effect.After butene concentration unit modificated, the butene yield of The â…¡ MEK Device have Increased from 86.4% to 97.0% comparing with The I MEK Device. And material consumptions was reduced by 2.7%, the utilization rate of butene increased by 5.8%... |
