Super Heavy Oil Reservoir, its development is very difficult, high viscosity of heavy oil cannot be displaced by conventional water flooding. Now, the Thin Super Heavy Oil Reservoir which because technical issues have been found but does not have the value of development, have attracted worldwide attention. How to develop this kind of reservoir is the important thing to ease pressure of reserves and to continue to maintain stable development of oil-field. Because of the Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage(SAGD) have the characteristics of large contact area to reservoir and single well controls large reserves, and high thermal efficiency injected into the reservoir, and high yield. So we can use the SAGD to make the minimum thickness of the oil to a more minimum thickness which has the industrial production value, so as to achieve the purpose of development the difficult to produce reserves of the Thin Super Heavy Oil Reservoir.This paper studies the basic theories of SAGD for the Super Heavy Oil Reservoir and analysis the extension characteristics of the steam chamber for the three kinds of well ways, include double horizontal well SAGD and vertical well-horizontal wells SAGD and single horizontal well SAGD, then found the mathematical model for the steam chamber development double horizontal wells SAGD. Studies the circulation preheats and steam huff and puff preheats for double horizontal wells SAGD by CMG, and choose a better one. With the circulation preheats, with different oil prices, for crude oil viscosity and porosity and the depth of the reservoir, select the limit thickness under the conceptual for the Thin Super Heavy Oil Reservoir by double horizontal wells SAGD, provide the basis for the production and development of oil-field. Optimize the well spacing parameters and injection-production parameters, and then choose the good well spacing parameters at 3m, choose the good length of the horizontal well at 400 m, choose the good circulation steam injection speed at 80m3/d, choose the good circulation steam dryness at 70%, 0.1MPa differential pressure at circulation preheats at 30 d, choose the good steam injection speed of SAGD at 100m3/d, and choose the good steam dryness of SAGD at 80%, steam injection pressure at 7MPa for the conceptual model.
