Rectangular Wave Of Crude Oil Dehydration Power Supply Data Acquisition And Processing Based On AVR

Dehydration of crude oil is an indispensable part in oil field production.Especially in recent years, most of the oilfield enters the late stages of exploitation,with higher water rates,more complex emulsifying situation oil well produced fluid,needs to develop new dehydration technology and equipment.Rectangular wave electric dehydration of crude oil is one of the new technology in the field of crude oil dehydration, dehydration with high efficiency, stable electric field, characteristics of energy saving, suitable for industrial production.This paper analyzes the present situation of crude oil dehydration, crude oil dehydration process methods, electric demulsification mechanism, and then with the square wave power supply for the model developed by petroleum university Associate Prof.Niu Junbang,analyzes the main circuit and control circuit structure of the square wave power, the dehydration process equipments, as well as meet the new requirements in practical application.Accordingly, the ATmega16 as the core, designed for square wave power supply a set of data acquisition, processing, storage, PC communication in the integration of control systems.In the aspect of data storage and communication using the USB bus protocol,convenient data directly into USB stick and use USB in computer communication interaction.This paper mainly introduces the main and control circuit structure of the rectangular wave of crude oil dehydration power supply, the dehydration process; Characteristics,selection basis, AVR series MCU programming environment; Control system hardware circuit design, including the module control requirements analysis, signal modulation, USB control chip interface, etc.; Software control sequence diagram, the USB communication protocol implementation,. NET platform of PC software design, etc.In this paper, design of control system successfully passed the system debugging test, inUSB host mode, accurately and stability record the data of the equipment operation; in USB slave mode, finished the communication work with the upper computer; PC software can realize the functions of displaying, setting, file storage, etc.
