Mine roadway hydrological monitoring and control system plays an important role in the safety production of coal mine. With the continuous development of monitoring and information technology, new demands for intelligence and information of the mine roadway hydrological monitoring and control system has been put forward. China’s coal mine underground drainage control and information transmission has been gradually realized PC remote monitoring of unattended automatic operation, and the system has been increasingly improved. However at present, most of the domestic mine roadway coal mine local sewerage system automation degree is still very low, communication system is backward, installating traditional automatic drainage system generally need to lay new lines of communication in a signal to realize remote monitoring.The underground environment is poor, electrical equipment is variety, the original cable and communication line are complex, wiring work is extremely difficult, time-consuming, which will seriously affect the improvement of downhole operation management level of ascension and economic benefits. Communication system is a data exchange channel for remote monitoring of local drainage system in coal mine. It is the foundation of the whole system to realize the remote monitoring and control.This thesis presents a design scheme of local drainage system in Coal Mine based on power line carrier and Ethernet. Based on the hardware and software of the power line carrier and Ethernet joint network communication, without re-laying of a dedicated communication line, Direct establishment of hydrological information transmission network in underground monitoring substation through underground power lines or mine Ethernet, realize hydrological information sharing between sub-stations; Based on the ground control center and underground hydrological monitoring system Modbus/TCP Ethernet communication architecture, and PC configuration software, realize a ground control center of the underground drainage system of local visual remote monitoring.The network control unit of power line carrier in local drainage system of coal mine is designed, a design scheme of power carrier network control based on PL3106 power carrier control chip is proposed. In the design of the hardware built including carrier reception, coupling and carrier transmission and other peripheral circuits, and write serial reproduced carrier wave transmitting and receiving and processing procedures, the use of underground power supply line of hydrological data sending and receiving, lay the foundation for the realization of remote monitoring and control of local coal mine drainage system. The network control unit of Ethernet in local drainage system of coal mine is designed, STM32F103C8T6 minimum system board and W5500 Ethernet controller are used to design the hardware part of Ethernet network control unit. Based on the TCP/IP protocol stack, Ethernet interface protocol is adopted in the network access layer, using IP protocol in Internet layer, using UDP protocol in the transport layer, and through design of the SPI communication between the STM32 and W5500, STM32 and Ethernet control W5500 data exchange, so as to realize sending and receiving the hydrologic data through underground Ethernet in coal mine. The hardware part design of the underground Ethernet network control unit is used in the ground to underground communication. According to Modbus/TCP working procedures to complete the communication software design, the ground control center of the dispatching center as a client terminal access to the client side of the underground network control master server, the interactive communication between the ground control center and the underground network control is realized, and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified by the network control interactive communication test on the well. The remote monitoring and control system for underground local drainage is designed, including three levels:the physical layer, the connection layer and the monitoring layer. Remote monitoring and control of underground local drainage system is realized. Establising SQL database in the host computer make the real-time storage and query of data realized; In the condition of the existing hardware equipment, the accuracy of the cumulative flow is improved by using the error correction calculation; The redundant system is designed to enhance the reliability and data integrity of the monitoring system of the upper computer.Network control of the coal mine drainage system based on the power line carrier and Ethernet, combined communication network of underground power carrier and Ethernet, realized the underground monitoring information exchange. At the same time, through the well underground laying of mine Ethernet, the remote monitoring of the underground water information in ground dispatching center has been realized, which is conducive to the realization of the integration of coal mine information management and control. PC software by invoking a SQL database records and query massive roadway hydrological information, is conducive to hydrological analysis of the cause of the accident, make reasonable maintenance schedules, reduce cut-off overhaul time and cycle, and improve the economic efficiency of coal mine.
