The Synthesis And Characteristics Of The Solvent-free Polyaniline Fluid And The Researches Of Application

Polyaniline(PANI)plays an important role in the conductive polymer because of the unique doping mechanism, better photoelectric property and environment stability, which could be used as displayer and anticorrosion. It possesses a rigid structure so that it is difficult to bedissolved or melted. The solubility of PANI is the first question that needs to be solved.Macromolecular proton acidswere frequently used as the doping to promote the solubility.However, the existential state of solid powdered for PANI remained unchanged. The following works in this paper have aimed to improvethose performances:1 The solvent-free PANI fluids were synthesized by doping with the different dopants in situ-doping. We found that PANI-ATS has the best flowability, highest conductivity and good solubility in organic solvent by comparing with the different products.2 Comparing with the conductivities of PANI-ATS with different doping time. It has a maximum(5.23S/cm) at 8h. The rheological property shows that loss modulus is always largerthan storage modulus, which verifies that the liquidity of PANI-ATS.3 The PANI-ATS was dissolved into DCM with the PMMA, PS and K resin, respectively. Then it was coated on the clear glass to form the transparent conductive film. It is obvious that they have a 70% transparence among the visible range. The compatibility ofcomponents was analyzed by DSC and SEM. Results shows that all of them have a good compatibility.4 The PANI-ATS and epoxy resin were dissolved into the xylene/n-butyl alcohol,polyamide wassubsequently added into the mixture to film on the copper. The effect of films with different content of PANI-ATS on the anticorrosion was studied.We founded that the sample of 3% has the best anticorrosion which possessed the minimum corrosion current.
