Busbar bending machine is a production machine which is capable of bending for copper generatrix and aluminum generatrix.Bending includes plane bending 、 lateral bending、twisting etc, which is widely used in high voltage switch cabinet, transformer substation, busbar and other electrical sets manufacturing industry, will be used for copper, aluminum bus specifications of the various specifications of different angle bending.This paper bases on the working principle of the busbar bending machine,analysis the rules of copper at bending spring-back,proposed to reduce the copper rebound quantity and ways to ensure the bending precision.Then improve the product quality and work efficiency of busbar bending machine.This paper based on analyzing the historical status and the developing trend of bending machine, bending mechanism of busbar bending machine and bending plate--copper are analyzed, the results were compared through field test bending data with traditional formula, a preliminary analysis of the error and its source.And then through the copper bar bending and unloading spring-back using finite element analysis method to carry out simulation, summarizes and analyzes the spring-back and sums up its resilience stability stage, provides the theory basis for programming settings of the busbar bending machine.The paper carries through the improvement of the die structure, application of correction method, changing the copper bar bending stress state and the principle of the plastic deformation zone, to reduce bending spring-back, provide the feasible advice for the structure improvement of busbar bending machine. Put forward a kind of torsion bending structure, can realize continuous production and processing, greatly improves the bending efficiency.Finally, according to the main structure movement request the of busbar bending machine, with detailed calculation, this paper designs a set of hydraulic principle diagram, which has a certain reference value of improving the failure situation of previous busbar bending machine`s hydraulic system.
