Fireworks products have a long history of production, which as a traditional craft industry in China more than 1400 years. With the rapid development of science and technology, more use value and aesthetic value was reflected in fireworks. Currently the degree of automation of fireworks production is not high, and because of the explosive nature of pyrotechnic, during the production process prone to accidents. Considering from the two aspects- improving the productivity and protecting the personal safety, the issue designed a fireworks automatic filling production line, which has an important significance to achieve safe automation of fireworks industry.First, the paper determined the production of objects and production requirements, and put forward security design principles and production line design principles according to the danger exists during the production process of fireworks, and initially identified the process of the production line. According to the special nature of the product, paper raised the issues of process layout. First safe houses was designed for the important stations which were prone to explode to ensure the station’s safety, then the paper of the prevention of sting-burning was designed to ensure safety between the station, finalize the process layout of fireworks production line was determined.Secondly, important stations of automatic production line of fireworks were determined according to the process of fireworks automatic production line. The paper made detailed structural design and parameter calculation of weighing and mixing system,filling mechanism, pressure medicine mechanism, clamping and positioning mechanism.then apply Solidworks 3D modeling software to model the assembly of these structures,testing and verifying if the structural design is reasonable, but also for the simulation analysis provides a model behind support.Finally put the already well-established three-dimensional model into Ansys workbench and Abaqus simulation software, then conducted the modal analysis and dynamic analysis for key institutions of fireworks production line. The simulation results provided an intuitive and effective reference in order to avoid resonance of the filling process and ensure good suppression effect.
