China's coal industry conforms to the times gradually in the fierce competitions and gradually develops towards high yield and high efficiency.When pursuing the capacity and efficiency,mine safety accidents occur frequently,which not only endangers the life safety of coal miners but also impacts the mining progress.In various accidents,there are countless situations in which the faults and damages of mine drainage pump lead to serious consequences.It can be seen that the safe handling of drainage pump is the important premise for the realization of capacity and efficiency of coal production.In this paper,the mine drainage pump is the rotating machinery with the rotor as the subject,and the rotor consists of spindle and multiple impeller.During the operation,the damage and vibration of the rotor system is the primary factor impacting the safe operation of drainage pumps.Based on the analysis of the above problems,3D model is established for the pump spindle,all levels of impellers and guide vane with the SolidWorks software,and the model is introduced into HyperMesh for meshing.The inner flow field of the mine drainage pump in standard flow condition is simulated with CFX software,and the stress distribution of the inner flow field of the pump can be obtained.Secondly,finite element model is established in ABAQUS,the stress analysis is carried out for all parts of the pump,the constraint and load boundary conditions are confirmed.The main stress distribution and displacement cloud image is obtained through calculation.Through the checking calculation according to the strength theory,parts prone to fracture are found out and analyzed in detail for proposing optimization plans through the strength analysis of the mine drainage pump.Finally,modal analysis is carried out for all parts of the pump,to get the inherent frequency and mode of vibration,find out the resonant frequency,calculate the corresponding critical speed of revolution,and provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization design.
