| Since the 21 st century, greenhouse gas emissions has become a common concern to people throughout the world, and is closely related to the whole world’s sustainable development. The rapid economic development and urbanization prompted rapid consumption of fossil fuels and generated a lot of greenhouse gases which is composed mainly of CO2,and carbon emissions increased year by year, as of 2006, China has ranked first in the world. As the sharp increase in the size of our cities and the scope of land sprawl under the background of rapid urbanization, carbon emissions would gradually exceed the carrying capacity of nature and cause more serious environmental problems. So China proposed platform for energy conservation in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", putting a higher demand to control the carbon emissions and develop low-carbon economy in urban planning. The winter in Harbin is cold and long, with the heating period of up to six months, which consumes a lot of energy, and the climate is not suitable for most plants, so the carbon uptake is very limited, it’s unique cold weather restricted to its sustainable development seriously. Now the research of carbon emissions for this situation is still relatively lacking, so the quantitative study of all kinds of urban construction land impact on carbon emissions in all areas is of great theoretical and practical significance. The overall status of low-carbon development, energy conservation-related requirements, current low carbon evaluation system and carbon emissions accounting method in Harbin were systematically combed in this study. The carbon emissions of main sources were calculated separately by the collection, collation and statistics of a large number of basic data and internationally recognized carbon accounting methods and local specialties specification, then the carbon emissions inventory from 2005 to 2013 was compiled. Based on the accounting results analysis, the most important factor, urban construction land, was studied. This study analysed carbon emissions in all areas with the mothod of correlation analysis and regression analysis according to construction land growth, and predicted the future trend based on the carbon emissions growth model equation. The whole process is based on the underlying data, to establish a carbon emissions regression model with scientific method, and ultimately expressed the influencing results in a quantitative way.The creative achievement of this study is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1) Collating and statistical calculating a large number of carbon basic data of Harbin, selected the suitable calculation method and evaluation for cold climates, and completed the preparation of the annual carbon emission inventories.(2) Comprehensively analysed the constitute characteristics and growth on the strength of carbon emissions in Harbin based on the calculation results, summarized the status issues and the direct impact on carbon emissions of construction land.(3) Correlation and regression analysis were did between construction land expansion and carbon emissions growth in accordance with the corresponding year of Harbin, getting the degree of correlation values and the regression equations, which showed their quantitative relationship.(4) Established carbon emission prediction models to control and guide all aspects of the future city, making land use and adjustment be better applied to practice in low-carbon city. |
