| This paper first introduces the currently used water pollution processing method, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, instructions for each process applicable to the environment; to the domestic and foreign rural sewage treatment status through the literature to understand, combined with practical application of some technology operation situation to carry on the elaboration, is a village of Xining city specific topography and environmental conditions to determine the a set of methods suitable for rural sewage treatment process.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different technological methods, combined with the overall situation of Xining City, the A/A/O wastewater treatment process was selected. On the operation of the system of monitoring, monitoring results show that, the system is unstable, sewage treatment capacity, good and bad, resulting in processing changes in the water quality of the effluent fluctuation is bigger, the processing system can not long-term efficient operation. Subject to pipeline in winter is easy to freeze, bacterial growth temperature range can not guarantee, scraper machine off, the slip, ice track, mixer failure frequency high and not easy to maintenance, return sludge pump failure prone, flotation effect difference, air blower noise, sludge screw shaft wear quickly transformation, after the transformation of the system is running stable.System after the transformation, the sewage treatment effect is obvious, the CODcr removal rate can reach 92%-97%; BOD5 removal rate of 97%- 99%; wastewater in the total N, P removal rate were 86% and 94%, SS removal rate for 92%-97%; NH3-N removal rate of 98%. Sewage effluent CODcr≤50,BOD5≤10,SS≤10,NH3-N ≤5, pH= 6-9, this result is meet the design requirements and the emission standard. |
