| Coal is the basic energy and important industrial raw material of our country,which strongly supports the development of national economy.Clean and efficient use of coal has been an important issue of coal separation.Vibration screening equipment is an important component of coal separation process,and its working performance is the key to achieve high efficiency separation.However,due to coal seam water seepage,dust and other reasons,resulting in the coal contains more external water.Severely pore blocking phenomenon,existing in the traditional screening process of wet coal materials,causes the difficulty to achieve effective effect on sieving wet fine grained materials.As sieving equipment which makes use of elastic screen deck to achieve flip-flow motion,the flip-flow screen has remarkable characteristics of great acceleration at screen deck,no plug hole and high efficiency in sieving moist fine grained material.At present,the flip-flow screens operating in China are mainly relied on imports with expensively price.Moreover,there exist the problems such as high energy dissipation and rapid damage of vulnerable parts.Therefore,the design theory of flip-flow screen,the dynamic characteristics of flip-flow screen frame and the dynamic characteristics of flip-flow screen surface were studied by theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and experimental study.Meanwhile,a new type of unilateral driven flip-flow screen was designed to provide a reliable flip-flow screening equipment for the wet fine material dry screening.The main research results are as follows:The design theory of unilateral driven flip-flow screen is preliminarily established.A kind of single body vibration flip-flow screen drive mechanism is designed by analyzing the working principle of the flip-flow screen surface.The maximum distance between adjacent braces is calculated by analyzing the stress of the screen.The crankshaft eccentricity which satisfies the requirement is designed by studying the problem of "pocket mine".The length of the screen surface was determined by analyzing the screening dynamics of the flip-flow screen.And according to the study of the design theory of flip-flow screen,the reasonable value of the kinematic parameters of flip-flow screen is put forward.Structural design and dynamic characteristics analysis of unilateral driven flip-flow screen.Based on the theoretical study of flip-flow screen design,the structure of unilateral driven flip-flow screen is designed.According to the working principle of the flip-flow screen,the kinetic model of the screen body of the unilateral driven flip-flow screen was established,and the dynamic characteristics of the floating sieve frame during the working process were analyzed.And the simulation results are compared with the theoretical analysis results to verify the feasibility of the theoretical analysis.Research on the dynamic characteristics of unilateral driven filp-flow screen surface.Based on the theoretical model of three screen surfaces,the basic theory of the movement of the screen surface was studied,and the dynamic characteristics of the screen surface were analyzed.The Origin software was used to plot the displacement,velocity and acceleration characteristic curves of the three kinds of screen surface models under different eccentricities for a more intuitive study.The experimental model is used to verify the large deflection deformation of the flip-flow screen surface,and a theoretical model which best meets the actual deformation of the screen surface is determined.Influence of tension amount on dynamic parameters of unilateral driven flip-flow screen surface.Based on the three kinds of screen surface theory model,the relationship between the tension amount on the dynamic parameters of the flip-flow screen surface was established,and the dynamic characteristics of the impacted surface were plotted.Finally,the distribution of the maximum displacement,velocity and acceleration of the flip-flow screen surface under different tension is studied by ANSYS Workbench software,which provides a reference for the design of high reliability flip-flow screen surface.A unilateral driven flip-flow screen which has the advantages of structure simple,movement smooth,energy consumption low and service life long is designed by optimizing the key structure such as drive crankshaft,connecting rods,suspension rods and so on for unilateral driven flip-flow screen,which provides a reliable equipment support for dry sieving of wet fines. |
