Fiber reinforced composite material has high strength, stiffness, its structure can be designed and the advantages of resistance to impact and fatigue resistance, it was widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile, aviation, wind power and other industries, especially in the aerospace field. Life prediction based on the theory of monolayer plate, hybrid spread layers of plywood of different material composition analysis and life prediction for fatigue behavior simulation, to develop a hybrid spread layers of plywood fatigue life prediction method.First of all,it should be do experience for unidirectional plate of T800 bismaleimide resin based on the classical laminate theory and unidirectional fiber reinforced composite laminates fatigue life prediction theory. The strength and stiffness of the main direction were obtained by quasi-static test, and then the fatigue life of the main direction under different stress was measured by the fatigue test. The performance degradation tests were carried out to obtain the parameters of the main direction degradation model, and the fatigue failure modes were analyzed.Secondly, the tensile fatigue test is performed on the composite laminates with different materials, which are composed of the fabric and one way plate. The fatigue life can be obtained by experiment and then to analysis the fracture morphology of the laminate.Finally, we should write a program corresponding to the preparation in the material subroutine UMAT, in order to implement fatigue simulation analysis of the hybrid laminates in the commercial software ABAQUS. The hybrid spread layers of every single layer of the laminate performance degradation is from the experiment measured unidirectional plat performance degradation law and literature for fabric performance degradation law of research. The mixing of paving layer laminate life prediction and failure simulation analysis should be in accordance with the fatigue failure criterion, stiffness and strength reduction and unit stress redistribution. Finally, the test results and simulation results are compared with each other, which verify the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method for the life prediction of composite laminates with different materials.
