Ionic liquid gels not only have three-dimensional cross-linked network structure and can produce reaction in response to external stimuli, but also combinate of the outstanding performance of ionic liquids, such as excellent thermal stability, high ionic conductivity, wide electrochemical window and super excellent safety. In recent years, ionic liquid gesl is often used as new electrolyte materials, which is widely applied to the super capacitor, lithium ion battery storage can devices and fuel cell,solar energy conversion device. In order to improve the electronic conductivity and heat resistance, broaden the application field, better essential role of ionic liquid, we can add inorganic conductive fillers, which have low price and excellent performance.And synthetic polymer compound conductive material. At present, conductive fillers used in composite conductive gels commonly include of carbon nanotubes, graphite and graphene oxide etc.. This paper using graphite nanosheets and reducing graphene oxide as conductive filler was prepared with high conductivity and heat resistance of polymer and inorganic composite ion liquid gels. The main research work are as follows:We have Chosen 1-Ethyl-3-Methyl imidazolium ethyl sulfate salt as solvent,polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGDA) as crosslinking agent, acrylic acid monomer(AA) as monomers and alpha ketoglutarate for initiator, then used ultraviolet light irradiation, hereafter polyacrylate and graphite nanosheets conductive composite gel was prepared by free radical-initiated in-situ polymerizationation. The volt ampere characteristic, conductivity and thermal stability of the gels were tested and analyzed.Finally, the conductive composite gels containing different concentrations of graphite nanosheets was made of gel type aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The experimental results showed that the composite conductive gels had better thermal stability and high conductivity, and met the aluminum electrolytic capacitors with the use of the device.What’s more, the capacitor had a better frequency characteristic, especially the capacitance and the ESR.Hummers method was utilized to prepare graphite oxide, and sodium ascorbate wasused as a reducing agent of RGO. Raman, XRD, FT-IR and SEM characterization of reducing products were used to test and analysis. Then made use of RGO as conductive filler, acrylamide as monomer, N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, 1-Ethyl-3-Methyl imidazolium ethyl sulfate salt as solvent,ammonium persulfate for initiator and then synthesized PAM/RGO conductive gels by in-situ solution polymerization, conductivity and thermal stability of the gels were tested and analysed subsequentlly. Finally PAM/RGO of composite conductive gel for electric The production process of aluminum electrolytic capacitor is initially explored, especially the aging process. The study shows that the sodium ascorbate can effectively reduce the graphite oxide and the prepared capacitor has a smaller leakage current.
