Five axis NC machine tool as high machining precision and complex Mian processing core, with the development of science and technology, five axis machine tool is used more and more extensive and widespread, and constantly improve the machining accuracy requirements, so how to more effectively improve the machining accuracy, reduce errors has been continuously in recent years research. In this paper, the five axis NC machine tool is the research object, the geometric error modeling of the machine tool and the initial distribution of the error precision of the machine tool are studied:1.Analysis of the error sources that affect the machining precision of NC machine tool, the research mainly contains the translation axis and rotation axis error of the geometric error.2.To many body theory as basic modeling, under the general and comprehensive advantages, the establishment of the space geometric error model of five axis NC machine tools and reasoning tool in the space coordinates of forming point position error expressions, and tool of attitude error expressions.3.From the point of view of practical operation, the feasibility of traditional measurement methods, such as the 9 line method and the 12 line method, is analyzed. The error values of each measurement point were measured by the laser interferometer and the level instrument, and the error parameters of the measuring points were calculated by the five axis machine tool geometric error model.4. The contour parameters were measured by using the laser interferometer and the ball bar instrument, based on the processing and testing NSA979, and the ideal cutting trajectory was obtained.5.Based on the matrix differential method established table double circuit transformation and the sensitivity of the five axis machine tool model analysis, solve various geometric error of five axis CNC machine tool accuracy sensitivity coefficient. The sensitivity analysis of five axis CNC machine tool geometric error tracing scheme.6 Summary of the research results, and the next step of work and research direction were prospected.
