Coal is an important energy source in China, and it is the foundation of national economic development. However, the form of coal mine safety production is very serious, the use of scientific methods and advanced computer technology to carry out coal mine safety management is particularly important. This paper combines the research of closed-loop management and the implementation of the system,based on closed-loop management theory, data mining algorithm and model,combined with the research status of coal mine safety at home and abroad, studies and implements closedloop management system for three violations and hidden dangers.This thesis first carries on the effective definition and classification of three violations and hidden dangers, according to the classification standard, industry regulations and collected information established three violations and hidden dangers knowledge base.This paper emphasizes the importance of major hazard source is the focus of security risks and early warning of three violations,hidden dangers and major danger source is the key and difficult point of the coal mine safety management.For coal mine safety management focus and combined with PDCA management theory, PDCAW closed-loop management mode is proposed, and the closed-loop management process based on PDCAW is designed.A deep research on the warning(W) of closed-loop management is carried out. First of all, according to the association rules of various parameters(Support, Confidence, Lift, Leverage and Convictionl), Combined with Apriori algorithm to realize the association rules mining early warning. And then on the basis of the spacetime auto-regressive and moving average model(STARMA), increase the data processing based on the three spline interpolation method and the link of the spatial weight matrix by the K-means algorithm, and realize the prediction and early warning of major hazard sources. Finally taking the gas data as an example, this paper introduces the process of building, testing and evaluating the model, and proves the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.Combined with the above theoretical basis, according to the system demand analysis and the overall design, based on the. Net framework, using relational database SQL Sever2008 and C# language, design and realize the closed-loop management system for three violations and hidden dangers. The system mainly includes three violations and hidden danger integrated management module, forecasting and warning module, assessment module, knowledge management module and system management module. Finally, the system is applied to the safety management of T coal mine, and it has achieved good results.
