The major accident in coal mine is mainly due to the gradual evolution of the risk in the process of production of coal mine into a hidden danger,which can not be treated in time and eventually lead to the occurrence of the accident.The general secretary of general Xi Jinping’s important speech on safety production "must resolutely curb the frequent occurrence of heavy and special events,and take the double preventive work mechanism of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and control in the field of heavy and heavy accidents,and promote the shift of safety production pass." It points out the importance and necessity of the construction of double prevention mechanism for risk classification control and hidden trouble investigation and treatment.The central authorities put forward the idea of building a "dual preventive working mechanism",which is to put risk management in front of hidden dangers,and to detect and manage hidden dangers in front of accidents.The management system of coal mine safety risk classification management and accident hidden trouble scheduling is designed according to MVC model and B/S architecture,and is developed by C#,.NET,JavaScript and other computer languages.The content of the paper mainly includes the background,main content,theory and related technology of system application,system requirement analysis,overall design,coding implementation and test operation.The application of the system has provided an important means of information for protecting coal mine safety.The main achievement of this paper is based on the specific business of coal mine.(1)Combining with the results of risk classification and classification,the dynamic management of systematization and transparency of risk data has been realized for the first time,which improves the efficiency of management and control of the coal mine risk points,and effectively reduces the source of coal mine accidents.(2)The potential hidden dangers are checked and identified by the system,and the existing hidden dangers are summarized and arranged in the system.The system is managed within the system,and the potential potential detection effect is realized better,and the real time master of the mine safety production is realized.(3)The system adopts the advanced technology of "one map" based on WebGIS security risk,realizes the graphical management and display of risk points and hidden dangers,provides users with a more intuitive way to manage and control the work of safety production,and facilitates the decision-making of leadership supervision and management.
