The boiler of Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Plant is designed and manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Factory with a rated steam flow of2059t/h. It is equipped with two sets of rotary air pre-heater and WR low nitrogen burner. For normal operation, the NOx emission is more than650mg/Nm3, which cannot meet the National Emission Standard and causes serious pollution to the environment. By learning the technology of low nitrogen combustion widely, based on various experiments and the real situation of Jinglong Power Plant, this article focuses on the adjustment of low nitrogen combustion operation and the improvement of low nitrogen burner, which has made the NOx emission below260mg/Nm3and eventually meets the standards of low nitrogen emission.
