Taking2*300MW of direct air cooling units for the study as the research object, using numerical simulation and experimental research methods, studying on the effect of windproof net on heat transfer performance of air-cooled condense., first, Analysis on the law that environmental wind effects on the heat transfer performance of air-cooled condenser,we comparative and analysis of air flow field and temperature field distribution around air-cooled island with numerical simulation when there is no environment wind,the environmental wind generating from the boiler house afterwards,the front and the left of air-cooled island. We contrast and research the mechanism of different wind environmental wind effects on the heat transfer performance of air-cooled island, when the environmental wind generates from the boiler house afterwards, the air cooled condenser heat transfer least. We calculate air-cooled Island heat transfer efficiency when environmental wind is in different conditions, what is more, We analysis the causes and harmful of the " hot air re-circulation" and "wiped" through the air flow diagram around air-cooled island.Aiming at influences caused by environmental wind, the windshield was installed beneath the windbreak of air-cooled island. Analyzing the windbreak net effect of windshield in air cooled condenser unit, Concerning the typical wind direction, analysis on effects of different height and permeable rate of the windshield on the heat exchange efficiency was developed, resulting in proper structural parameter. We developed windbreak net which is suitable for300MW of direct air cooling units and do wind tunnel experiment about windbreak net performance, Studying on the wind speeds declines behind the windbreak net, and measuring pressure loss coefficient of the windbreak net. The experimental results show that the windbreak net has a good effect on the speed reducer of environmental wind, making the wind speeds behind the windbreak net has dropped by more than60%.By means of numerical simulation and wind tunnel experiment, we analysis the principle of windshield to prevent wind in direct air cooled condenser, so we can provide a theoretical basis for windbreak net engineered in air-cooling island.
