| The actual use of gold foil is very wide, for example: gold foil can be edible,used in cosmetics,but also can be used for top-grade architectural decoration, and even can be used for surgical sutureand so on. The traditional gold foil production process takes a lot of craftsmen’s labor. Processingeffect depends on the skills of the craftsmen, and production environments is not suitable forcraftsmen’s health. So gold foil playing machines are created to replace craftsmen. Although thegold foil playing machine liberated former craftsmen from labor force, in this production way,craftsmen still do not get rid of the huge noise of production environments, even accidentally,probably be injuried at the time to manually adjust the gold foil because of carlessness.To improve the level and efficiency of production automation of the gold foil playing machine.This dissertation studies the design of the stepper motor control system.The design and results ofthe dissertation are as follows:At first, this dissertation studies the mathematical model of a three-phase variable reluctancestepper motor, gives the simulation and analysis of the model, verifies the validity of mathematicalmodel of the three-phase variable reluctance stepper motor.Next, Fuzzy PID Closed-loop control algorithm is studied and applied to the position controlof the stepper motor motion. Compared with the traditional PID Closed-loop control, Fuzzy PIDClosed-loop control can greatly improve the dynamic performance of the stepper motor.Finally, the circular interpolation fitting algorithm based on point-by-point comparison isstudied and applied to control the move of the stepper motor. The results of the simulation andanalysis demonstrate the algorithm can control stepper motor move by a given concentric ringstrajectory and obtain a high precision interpolation.The gold foil playing machine can be moved by the given orbit.The level and efficiency ofproduction automation is highly improved. |
