Train Real-time Simulation Operation System Research

With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people’s living standards, traffic problems have been inevitable. With the popularity of EMU, High-speed between the city and the city, the accelerating development of subway in a city, the high status of rail traffic plays a vital role to solve the problem of traffic congestion. In order to develop the rail vehicle traction variable current and electro pneumatic braking experiment system, this paper mainly study on the paternity testing system of the rail vehicle traction variable current and electro pneumatic braking experiment system, which is the train real-time simulation operation system.The train real-time simulation operation system is the part of the traction variable current and electro pneumatic braking experiment platform, This paper mainly studies the method of real time control of running speed in the train real-time simulation operation system, it simulates in real-time the speed change process of the train operation through controlling the paternity testing motor. Firstly the method for constructing the train real-time simulation operation system is analyzed, the main circuit and control circuit of the system is introduced. And then the real-time simulation model of train operation process is established through the operation theory and the motion equation, through mixed programming with LabVIEW and C language to realize the design of the real-time simulation program. The basic parameters and the operation line of the train can be set in advance in the development of the train real-time simulation operation system, there is real analog voltage signal to input and output, using the real-time simulation results to control the operation of the unit, that makes the speed change process of unit operation is identical with the actual train’s. Finally, to simulate the train operation on the straight road, ramp, curve and complex route through the train real-time simulation operation experiments, the change process of the speed in traction, coasting and braking conditions can prove that the system can simulate the change process of the train operation speed accurately and in real time.The change process of the speed operation of the train real-time simulation operation system and the real train is basically the same, so it can play an effective role in development of the rail vehicle traction variable current and electro pneumatic braking experiment system, and it can make a contribution for self-development and research of railway vehicles in China.
