The Reconstruction Design Of Power Grid Distribution Intelligent Operation Order System In The Dispatch And Control Integration Model

In recent years, in the implementation of the State Grid Corp "three sets of five" and the China Southern Power Grid integration development system, power supply companies have implemented throughout the operation and management in the mode. By power grid dispatching institutions and monitoring professional organization of scientific and effective integration, make to enhance the professional level, to realize the intensive, information-based and intelligent management of power grid operation.In the new mode, the traditional intelligent operation order system already cannot meet the operation requirements. In this paper, according to the requirements of the power grid dispatching intelligent operation ticket system control integration mode of operation and management of power grid, on the basis of the old intelligent operation order system in the province, to reconstruct the design of the system after the reconstruction of the new mode can meet the functional requirements. In this paper, the reconstruction of the original intelligent operation order system mainly include: extended the connection communication of the system with dispatching automation monitor system and substation integrated anti-disoperation protected locking system; to the application system of new function, the main design of the remote control anti-disoperation checking, remote solution artesian automatically generating, remote control, remote control operation ticket these four functions. The system has been applied in the actual power grid. From the point of the effect of application, the system function of the original and new function to normal and stable application reflects the reliable operation, such as the high accuracy and intelligent advantages.
