Therefore, a centralized-control operation order generating system which has high efficiency, strong stability, high corrective rate, and simple audit process is essential.In order to meet the operation requirements and regulations.This article discusses the entire research process of centralized-control operation order generating system.First of all, Introduces the research background and significance of the system,and the status of development of the operation order system at home and abroad. Then according to the current operating needs, the requirement analysis of the system is proposed,and according to the functional requirement,system function module is presented.Specifically addressed specific functional designs of the operation order’s modules, including analog generating, audit process management, maintenance and system configuration.The system functionality tesing is performed and the whole system is described. The system adopts C/S mode, through a network of 104 protocol, uses the SQL database to achieve the overall operation of the system. Development tools are mainly used in the C++ programming language. Through reasonable design, improves the usability and practicability of operation ticket system.Through the test, this system is running in good condition, stable performance, high reliability, can greatly reduce the operation order generating time, reduce the error rate, improve efficiency and save the audit time, effectively guarantee the safety of switching operation.
