Substation equipment is an important part of power system, substation equipment monitoring and maintenance itself with a certain risk, substation equipment is able to work stably directly affects the life of people, so monitoring is a very strong necessity of substation equipment state. The real-time condition monitoring substation equipment, can carry out real-time diagnosis and analysis of the fault of substation equipment, timely repair, to ensure the normal operation of the substation equipment, safeguard people’s life.To insure proper operation of electric equipments and improve the reliability and availability of electric equipments,devices management must be enhanced,which is the most important part of modem enterprise management.Therefore,real—time state monitoring of the electric equipments comes into being and gradually rises.Real—time monitoring technique using a method that utilizes operation voltage to test insulation state of high voltage electric equipments can increase the authenticity and sensitivity of a test greatly and find insulate defective in time.This Paper goes deeper into the research of the monitoring technology of transformers,And has supplied a Primary designment on the condition monitoring and fault diagnostic system of transformer.The principal of this paper describes as following:First of all, to complete the system demand analysis. According to the substation equipment monitoring system with C/S structure of data storage, organization and management and operation of the existing problems, the demand analysis of substation equipment monitoring system based on B/S structure, the main content includes the analysis of the non-functional requirement of the system function requirement analysis and system.Secondly, the completion of system design and implementation. The analysis phase achievements use demand, combined with the design and development of existing techniques, the overall framework for the design, substation equipment monitoring system based on B/S technology architecture, functional architecture design, system of character design and the system database design, but also for each function module of the system in the detailed design, in addition, according to the to complete the system design system implementation.Finally, to complete the analysis and performance test system. System design and Implementation Based on the determined test method, system analysis, function testing and the performance of the system. System performance analysis and test proved that the implementation of the system can meet the requirement of the system.This paper has strong theoretical and practical significance for the monitoring system of substation equipment in data storage, organization and management, data security design etc.
