In the post-war airport rapid repair process, unexploded bomb detection and exclusion below the runway is the key and major issue. And the quick, accurate and safe detection and exclusion of buried unexploded bombs, is directly related to whether the aircraft taking off and landing ability recovery, as well as the initiative in the battle for control of the skies over.Existing underground bomb detection program is time-consuming. There are security risks for the people who work long time exposed to the risk of detection operator. In order to seek new UXO detection scheme, in this paper, we use ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to simulate the numbers of the unexploded projectile penetrating airport road surface process and thus get the he projectile initial velocity of cubic equation and depth by using the computing results fitting the penetration.In this paper, the design of the new unexploded bomb detection scheme can not only improve the efficiency of detection, but, more importantly, can reduce the detection risk factor of workers.In the numerical simulation of the process, the unexploded projectile penetrating airport road surface process were deeply analyzed. Additionally, we did a research about the effect of different velocity and different incidence angles and different incident angle of projectile on the airport surface penetration. Simulation results of surface shows that the attack angle and incident angle of penetration trajectory of each are not identical. And penetration depth and penetration rate has obvious difference; the unexploded bomb will be converted by different degrees of deflection. The correctness of the calculation results is verified by comparing with the theoretical analysis.Based on the more detailed research, this paper puts forward unexploded bomb detection scheme focusing on the numerical simulation of specific attack angle and incident angle under the conditions of different initial velocity of projectile penetrating airport road surface process,getting the calculation results in the condition of different projectile initial velocity in the X axis, Y axis to the penetration. And through the cubic polynomial fitting under different initial velocities, penetration depth equation is obtained. The new scheme uses the penetration depth equation to predict the penetration depth of the projectile, which replaces the process of usingdigital aerial bomb detector in the past, so that the detection efficiency is improved and the risk coefficient is reduced.
