Design Of 110kV Fuxi Transformer Substation Project

Fu Xi industrial park is is one of the key industrial park in Sihui City. With the increasing size of the park, the demand for power is increasing. To meet the needs of the industrial park and the surrounding area of the FU XI industrial park, The Guang Dong Power Grid Corporation agrees to build at new 110 kV transformer substation.As the research target, this article takes the substation design with XIHUI economic development and FUXI industrial park demand for the next few years, with the relevant national electric power engineering design procedures, standards and regulations and the southern power grid company standardization designing as the guide, based on FUXI industrial park and the surrounding areas of load status and development of the park planning, through the electric power demand forecasting, load calculation, clear in the next few years load development condition, to determine the number of main transformer substation and capacity; By comparison with safety, economy and reliability, to determine the form of substation main electrical wiring; By short circuit calculation, for an electrical equipment selection and calibration, and draw a substation main wiring diagram. Finally, from the two aspects of building energy saving and environmental protection and electrical energy saving, the 110 kV Fuxi substation energy-saving environmental protection design, respectively, from the lighting, civil engineering, plumbing, transformer, noise reduction and so on. The design of of the project is completed in the end.During the project,the project attaches great importance to technological innovation, makes efforts to plan as whole the relationship among using resources efficiently 、scientific layout of large projects and the high standards of construction. The project follows the principles of safety, application, fine and innovative construction management with the concept of green construction, science and technology. The operation of the substation solves the Fu Xi industrial park’s problems of no power supply, insufficient power supply capacity and the supply quality.The transformer substation has greatly relieved the pressure of the current transformer substation, which can meet the requirements of the electric power demand and power supply reliability of the industrial park and the surrounding enterprises. The Fu Xi substation provides a strong and reliable power support for the development of our city’s economy.It has been running for two years after the 110 kV substation built at Fuxi and put into production. In accordance with the operating data, at 2014 Fuxi substation annual peak load is 45 MW, load rate is 48%, 10 kV outlet back to 12; at 2015 Fuxi substation annual peak load 73.9 MW, load rate 75.41%, 10 kV outlet back to 23. To September 2015, 110 kV substation operation Fuxi consistent with the original design, the design of the substation in accordance with the actual demand for electricity. From the aspects of energy-saving and environmental protection, the Fuxi substation passed the environmental protection test, the public opinion survey is satisfied, the actual effect of environmental protection is obvious. It is proved that the parameters of design is feasible.The project prefects the power frame at the location and is satisfied the power demand. As a result that the economy is promoted at the location.
