Objective Analysis of the the relationship among B ultrasonography features, theclinical and pathological types of polypoid lesions of gallbladder (PLG),in order to furtherclear PLG neoplastic and non-neoplastic, benign and malignant, adenoma and gallbladdercancer among in age, gender, size, the number, pedicle with or without, the strength of theultra-echo B,blood lipids, liver cirrhosis, symtom with or without, the proportion of the sizeand PLG neoplastic, malignant diagnosis meaningful indicators to determine the surgicalindications of preventive cholecystectomy to reduce the non-neoplastic"innocent"cholecystectomy; summary of the the PLG pathological characteristics of each typeB ultrasonic diagnosis, summed up the experience of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Collection of clinical data of807cases of PLG surgical treatment betweenJanuary2002to December2010in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital in order toretrospective analysis of B ultrasonography, clinical and pathological features. Results There are598cases of non-cancerous polyps (84.46%),361cases ofcholesterol polyps (60.36%); There are110cases of neoplastic polyps (15.54%),673casesof benign polyp (95.06%) and35cases of malignant polyps (gallbladder)(4.94%); tumor andnon-neoplastic, benign and malignant among in age, size, the number, the strength of theultra-echo B,gallstone form(pedicle with or without) were statistically significant (P <0.05);adenoma and non-neoplastic polyp among in number, size, whether the gallstone wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); adenoma and gallbladder cancer among in the age, size, thestrength of the ultra-echo B, form, with or without gallstone were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions PLG surgery to testify as follows:(1)age>60years;(2) single polyps, sessile or basal wide;(3) gallstones, cholecystitis, or gastrointestinal symptoms or ideologicalpressure affect the normal work life;(4) diameter>1cm, in particular,>1.5cm;(5) B ultrasonicecho weak or uneven echo;(6) lesions to increase significantly;(7) CDFI detected blood flowsignals; multiple asymptomatic polyps, diameter <1.0cm, and with liver cirrhosis of PLGshould be careful to surgery, but strengthen the follow-up; clinical diagnosis of adenomatouspolyps based on polyp number and size, but gallbladder cancer among in the age, lesiondiameter, the merger gallstone, morphological substrate width, B, ultra-low or uneven echowas significantly higher than the adenoma group.
