Purpose:In recent years, the incidence of polypoid lesions of gallbladder shows a rising trend, ithas become a surgical common disease in the clinic.More and more Patients admit toantreating gallbladder diseases with preservation of gallbladder and its normalfunction. With the development of endoscopy and improvement of Endoscopic, acombination of laparoseope and choledochoscope be considered a feasible operation, this paper to sum up the gallbladder benign polyps and retaining the experience ofminimally invasive treatment of gallbladder.Materials and Methods:1. Review the2427gallbladder specimens which had surgery treatment from the FirstAffiliated Hospital of China Medical University from July,2005to July,2011,thespecimens with PLG were found; the pathological characteristics were studied underlight microscopy. Using the microscope camera to photo the images of thePLG.clinical and pathological data of310patients with gallbladder polyps underwentsurgery were collected,Statistical analysis were undertaken to evaluate the pathologiccharacter of gallbhdder ployps.2.144Patients who were underwent operation with gallbladder polypoid lesions wererenewed, Retrospective analysis in July2006~July,2011,72cases of polypoid lesionsof gallbladder in patients with minimally invasive endoscopic treatment, excision ofpolyps and make intraoperative pathological examination. To contrast with LC(72cases) in treating innocence gallbladder disease in our hospital, and approach theapplication value of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment through comparision ofoperation state and postoperative complication, the observation index includeoperating time, blood volume, transfusion time, expense.Reexaminations withB-uhrasonography after the operation144patients had been followed-up from6months to3years. Measurement data was showed with X±S and statistics with t test.Results:1.The gallbladder cholesterol polyps is230cases (74.19%),and adenomatous polyps75cases (23.19%),16cases of adenomyosis(12.8%),13cases of gallbladdercarcinoma(14.4%).The297cases are benign in310cases of polypoid lesions ofgallbladder. 2.After the choledochoscopy in gallbladder sparing surgery the symptoms of thepatients with intramural gallstones have improved. Reexaminations with B—uhrasonography after operation showed no residual PLG in all pafients.144patientshad been followed-up from6months to3years.1cases (1.39%) recurred with PLG,1case(1.39%) occurred gallstone.Conclusions:1.The gallbladder cholesterol polypsis most common in the cases of polypoid lesionsof gallbladder.2.Strict control of their indications,For patients with gallbladder polyp and goodgallbladder funcfioll the gallbladder sparing surgery through choledochoscopy meetsthe social psychological requirements of modem people and improves their quality oflife. The treatment of polypeid lesions of gallbladder is minor trauma and salty, it isworth promoting.
