Objective To investigate the efficacy of repairing bone defect with the compound ofautologous micromorselized bone and mesenchymal stem cells. Methods The animal models of infected bone defect creacted by surgery in the24New Zealand white rabbits and were treated with autologous micromorselized bone and thecompound of autologous micromorselized bone and mesenchymal stem cells. Compare theefficacy of repairing, which was observed by X-ray examinations and histopathological at2,4,8,12weeks after the surgery. Results The score of treatment group with the compound of autologousmicromorselized bone and mesenchymal stem cells are higher than the control group. Conclusions Mesenchmal stem cells can accelerate the repairing of infected bonedefect.
