| Objective: To study the Clinical significance of high sensitivity c-reactive Protein andserum uric acid in patients with transient ischemic attack.Methods:84TIA patients were divided into three groups of A,B,C. TIA could be relievedin60minutes(group A),TIA last for more than60minutes,but there were no neurological deficitand cerebral infarction (group B),TIA deteriorated into cerebral infarction by CT or MRI within48-72hours(group C).The high sensitivity c-reactive protein and serum uric acid level wasdetermined in all patients within24hours separately,28healthy subjects were used as controlgroup. The results compared with normal controls and also compared between different groups ofTIA, then we did the relative analysis research.Result:①The high sensitivity c-reactive Protein and serum uric acid levels of fourgroups were obviously different. Those in group C were higher than that of group A andB(P<0.01),and the levels in group B were higher than that of group A and control group, alsothe result were different obviously between group A and control group.②It showed that highlevels of c-reactive protein and serum uric acid, hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia are thedangerous factors for the patients with TIA with Logistic regression analyse.③Thecorrelative analysis of all groups demonstrated that high sensitivity c-reactive protein and serumuric acid had obvious positive relationship(r=0.71,P<0.01).Conclusion: The increase of the level of high sensitivity c-reactive protein and serum uricacid are the probable risk factors of TIA,it can also provide useful information for patients with TIA by determining the level of high sensitivity c-reactive protein and serum uric acid. |
