Inpatient Investigation And Analysis Of Syphilis Serology In General Hospital Of Ningxia Medical University During5Years

Object To understand the popular features be hospitalized patients with syphilischaracteristics and discusses the general state of our syphilis infection and changing trends medicaluniversity general hospital in2006-2010.Methods The retrospective survey methods, collect2006-2010in our hospital for syphilisdiagnosis of the clinical data of635patients, hospitalized for five years for syphilis diagnosis of syphilisinfection type, age, gender, occupation, the marriage, the region and in the administrative offices of theinvestigation and analysis of the distribution.Results The popular features for hospital inpatient syphilis in nearly5years:1.450cases were latent syphilis，171cases were dominant syphilis，8cases were neurosyphilis，and7cases were congenital syphilis in our hospital during5years．The detection rates of syphiliswere1．08%and2．11%in2006and2010．2. In635cases of syphilis，302caseswere male and333cases were female，with the male tofemale proportion of1∶1:1．Number of patients with acquired latent syphilis in the range of30～60years old was more than that in other age ranges，and450cases were found．Number of patients withacquired dominant syphilis in the range of20～60years old was more than that in other ageranges，and171cases were found．3. Patients with syphilis were distributed widely to various departments in our hospital．528Hannational distribution cases, accounting for83.2%,Minority84cases,13.2%.4. occupational distribution to farmers, unemployed, retired based. married people accountedfor96.4%. 5. the different styles syphilis were distributed to some different departments．The congenitalsyphilis patients were in the pediatric department．The most of latent syphilis patients were in surgicaldepartment，internal medicine department，department of gynecology，obstetrics，dermatologydepartment，infectious department and etc． But the most of dominant syphilis were distributed tosurgical，internal medicine，department of dermatology，department of gynecology．Neurosyphilis ismainly distibuted in neurology,congenital syphilis is mainly distributed in pediatrics.Conclusion In hospitalized patients with syphilis detection rate year after year rises, the hiddensyphilis the concealment of the larger, harmfulness is strong, a wide distribution, prevalence is more rising,syphilis positive patients covering almost all departments and all ages, therefore, hospital patients forsyphilis census is very important.
