| Objective:To study epidemiology, clinical and sero logical Characteristics of syphilis inpatients some grade a class-three hospital in Xinjiang. Methods:The clinical data of 179 cases inpatients with syphilis were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The proportion of gender was 1.27:1 and the average age of onset was 52.58 years in 179 cases inpatients with syphilis. The patients who was more than 60 years old had 53 patients. The main route of transmission of syphilis is premarital sex behavior.Latent syphilis is 87.71% that is more than symptomic syphilis.The rate of syphilis patients with HBV or HCV or HIV were higer than control group (P<0.05). TP-IgM positive rate was difference in each stage syphilis(P<0.05). Comparison of serum RPR titer with TP-IgM positive rate had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Latent syphilis has widespread in hospitalized patients. Senile syphilis incidence rate is rising.Between syphilis and HBV, HCV, HIV have a high co-infection rate. TP-IgM positive rate relates to syphilis stage and serum RPR titer. |
