The Clinical Effect Of Xin-ke-shu Tablet On Patients With Vegetative Nerve Functional Disturbance Autonomic Nerve Disorder By The Observation Of Heart Rate Variability(HRV)

Objectives:To explore the effect of Xin-ke-shu Tablet on patients with vegetative nerve functional disturbance autonomic nerve disorder by the observation of Heart Rate Variability(HRV).Methods:90female patients with vegetative nerve functional disturbance autonomic nerve disorder were randomly divided into Xin-ke-shu group (n=30) and Gu-wei-su group (n=30)and Xin-ke-shu combined with Gu-wei-su group (n=30). Xin-ke-shu group were treated by Xin-ke-shu,Gu-wei-su group were treated by Gu-wei-su.Besides the treatment of Gu-wei-su tablets,30patients in Xin-ke-shu combined with Gu-wei-su group were treated by Xin-ke-shu Tablet.To observe the change of T value which was figureed out from Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale that were measured at the beginning and the first months after taking medicine;The24h ambulatory ECG were performed before and after1months, to analyse the change of Heart Rate Variability.Results:1. comparing Tvalue of SAS and SDS before treatment with after in the three groups:The T value of SAS was dividely51.17±7.27and47.67±9.00,the SDS’s Tvalue was dividely49.10±6.96and46.9±6.78at the beginning and the end after taking Xin-ke-shu Tablets,after treatment the level of T value obviously decreased comparing with before treatment (P<0.05). the level of T value changed disobviously (P>0.05) in the Gu-wei-su group;but the change of Tvalue was significant in the Xin-ke-shu combined with Gu-wei-su group after treatment (P<0.05)2.comparing HRVbefore treatment with after in the three groups:Analyzing HRV of after treatment found that the levels of SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD and HF were increased obviously (P<0.05),but LF declined significantly (P<0.05) during the Xin-ke-shu group and Xin-ke-shu combined with Gu-wei-su group,and the difference between them was not obviouse. Conclusions:Xin-ke-shu Tablet can obviousely improve HRV and alleviate the symptom on patients with vegetative nerve functional disturbance autonomic nerve disorder.
